It is packed full of legally compliant HR letters, forms, employee handbooks and policies, and also offers access to guides for recruitment, appraisal, discipline and other employment issues.

In addition to free online assistance, customers can subscribe to the e-mail and telephone service for friendly, pragmatic and professional advice and if customers need a visit from an advisor, this is also available as a separate option.
